An easy green smoothie recipe with Kale and pineapple is the perfect way to kickstart your day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or Greek)
  • 2 cups kale (chopped)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • honey to taste (optional)

Steps

Add yogurt, kale, banana, pineapple, flax seeds and milk to blender.
